Sheila's research stay

Our colleague Sheila has returned of her predoctoral stay at the University of Nottingham working during 6 months in Cameron Alexander's group (Polymer Therapeutic Lab) and also in Ruman Rahman's group (Molecular Neuro-Oncology and Brain Tumor Drug Delivery Group). There, she has been studying the effect of different cationic polyplexes as gene delivery systems in a panel of patient-derived cells for the treatment of glioblastoma. But it is not just working! Our colleague also met people from different cultures with whom she spent time making fun plans and visiting different places of the UK.
