Cooking Workshop

Last Tuesday we attended a Hello Cooking workshop, learning to prepare different Japanese dishes: a "fusion" miso soup, mussels with wakame vinaigrette, red tuna tataki with "fusion" sauce and many other types of gunkan with Galician products. It was a different and very fun Christmas activity!
